Meet Our Founding Team

Mary Grace “Von” Douglas is the Founder and President of Recalibration Lab, Inc. She is an ordained Christian teacher, life coach and community advocate with a passion for helping individuals navigate life’s challenges through faith, encouragement, practical guidance and meaningful connection.
Eric Douglas serves as Vice President of Recalibration Lab, Inc. After coming to know Christ in 2018, his faith became an important foundation in his life, family, and service to others. With nearly two decades of experience in the financial services industry, including leadership and management roles, Eric brings valuable experience in leadership, responsibility, and serving people.
He is actively involved in his local church, where he serves in ministry and participates in weekly fellowship and discipleship. His personal journey of faith and professional leadership experience fuel his passion for encouraging others, strengthening families, and helping people discover hope, direction, and purpose through Christ.
Maggie Garritson serves as Secretary of Recalibration Lab, Inc. and has been actively involved in Christian ministry since 2003, serving alongside her husband in pastoral ministry. She currently serves as the Women’s Ministry Chair at her local church, where she is passionate about encouraging and supporting women in their faith and personal growth.
A dedicated public servant working in government, Maggie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Management and brings valuable leadership and organizational experience to her role. Her years of ministry and public service reflect her compassion, wisdom, and commitment to serving others and advancing Recalibration Lab’s mission.

Administrative and Program Support Lead
Beverly Pettit
Beverly brings experience and interest in teaching and administrative support to Recalibration Lab. She is willing to assist with facilitation, prayer, community outreach, registration, and other areas where support is needed.

Remote Coaching and Prayer Support Volunteer
Heather Marsters

Administrative and Event Support Lead
Tanya Beauchamp
Tanya is a native of Peru who now calls Southeastern North Carolina home. She has been married for 23 years and is the mother of three children. With 20 years of experience in investment financing and retail banking, Tanya has developed a strong foundation in service, leadership, integrity, and compassion. She has also served as an early childhood developmental therapist, supporting children who needed additional developmental assistance with patience and empathy.
Tanya graduated from Campbell University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, with a focus on Abnormal Disorders. She also holds an early childhood developmental credential from North Carolina and is currently pursuing an MBA in Leadership. Her education and professional experiences have strengthened her understanding of mental and emotional well-being and shaped her desire to encourage and serve others.
Tanya dedicated her life to God and Jesus Christ in 1998 at the age of 15. Since then, her faith has remained central to how she approaches her family, career, leadership, and service to others. She strives to reflect God’s love through compassion, kindness, wisdom, and integrity.
At Recalibration Lab, Tanya seeks to encourage personal growth, strengthen faith, and help individuals recognize their strengths and discover their God-given purpose. Through servant leadership, she hopes to support others in reaching their full potential while serving the community with God’s Word and grace.

Youth Mentoring and Group Facilitation Lead
Donte Powell
Donte brings experience and interest in life coaching, teaching, and facilitation to Recalibration Lab. He is passionate about supporting others through mentoring, youth support, group facilitation, and community outreach.

Prayer, Youth Mentoring & Community Outreach Lead
Vina Abalos
Vina brings a heart for ministry, teaching, and youth mentoring to Recalibration Lab. She is especially interested in mentoring, prayer support, and community outreach, helping others grow through faith and meaningful connection.

Finance Support Volunteer
Steven Garritson
Steven brings experience in ministry, teaching, administration, and finance to Recalibration Lab. He supports the mission through prayer, group facilitation, administrative service, fundraising, and a willingness to serve wherever needed.
